The Family & Friends CPR Course teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, adult CPR with breaths, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR, and/or mild and severe airway block for adults, children, and infants.
Family & Friends CPR/Hands-Only CPR students do not receive course completion cards.
We offer Heartsaver Adult, Child, and/or Infant CPR/AED and Heartsaver First Aid. These courses can be taken individually or together. Heartsaver training is designed for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in CPR/AED and/or First Aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements.
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR trains healthcare providers to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. BLS CPR is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.
The AHA’s HeartCode Blended Learning consists of an online portion followed by a hands-on skills session. HeartCode training uses a variety of eLearning assets such as dramatizations, eSimulations, animations, self-directed learning, and interactive activities to teach students CPR knowledge and skills. HeartCode skill sessions are available for HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid, BLS CPR, ACLS, and PALS.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is designed for healthcare professionals who direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies in a hospital or pre-hospital setting. Must hold current advanced provider certification/licensure to enroll in this course.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is designed for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children in EMS, intensive care, and critical care units. Must hold current advanced provider certification/licensure to enroll in this course.

Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS®) is designed for healthcare providers and others who might encounter pediatric emergency situations during their work in hospital or pre-hospital settings. Students learn how to use a systematic approach to quickly assess, recognize the cause, and stabilize a pediatric patient in an emergency situation.
