BLS Skills Check Off
1. Please use the link below to choose your date. There are a limited number of openings for each date, so please make sure you sign up early! (This form will need to match the name you want on your card. Also please double check your email address! This is the official roster we submit to AHA for the cards!)
2. Click on this link to pay for your skills session. (Please make sure you pick that same date as above!) ~ Cost $35

3. Now you get to go online and take your BLS class through AHA. The cost for this is $37. You will need to send a copy of your certificate with your skills date in the subject line to aha4mesi@gmail.com. Please note, you don't get the certificate until AFTER you take the survey.

4. Now you are ready to come in for your skills session! We will send a reminder too, but put this on your calendar! Skills sign off session will be on your chosen date and time at 1220 Burlington Avenue.
IMPORTANT: You must have proof of the online completion, which must be done prior to class start! You can email it directly to the email above and I will put it in your file!
